Explaining the Term "You may Post these Smileys on forums freely."
By this I mean use the URL of the Smiley you are given when using the click & retrieve system used on this Website; to place in-between a set of [html] or [bbcode] image tags, thus using my Smiley by taking up my Bandwidth, from My Server... Free of Charge... You may do so.
Long as you don't claim or imply you made it afterwards =P
The URL & Filename of the Smiley on My Server is enough to give me the proper credit or linkage required for that action. I call that a fair price for the transaction and Terms of Use for that Specific use. Save the Smiley to another Folder on another server/changing the filename or removing my name [ganjataz] from the final file extension] is breaching my Terms of use for this action.
